About the role

Rukita transforms spaces into affordable community-driven living solutions in urban areas. Rukita is looking for a Business Development Intern to support our Business Development Spesialist in obtaining new leads and maintaining relationships with Kost Owners, Managers, and Caretakers. As key area of the business, this position will give you a big opportunity for growth and you will also be required to be constantly on the move. The role will report to our Head of Business Development. This position will be placed in Yogyakarta, Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Surabaya, Semarang

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans and targets to be achieved
• Able to do product introduction to consumers
• Canvassing and Sourcing for Kost that Rukita will partner with to improve and manage
• Generate reports regularly

Requirements

• Final Year Students or Fresh Graduate any major
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, well organized
• The efficient individual with a commitment to achieve the target and meet deadlines
• If possible, you have to be able to drive and/or own a motorcycle
• Excellent inter-personal skills
