Job Description:

• To work on a number of research projects in the scope of mineral nutrition of oil palm, including but not limited to fertilizer efficiency trials, planting material characterization, plant nutrient allocation and efficiency of different planting material trials.
• Experience in metabolomics and plant nutrient allocation studies is preferable.
• To conduct data interpretation and develop technical or scientific reports to the operational team or the top management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Master (S-2) in Agriculture with relevant Bachelor degree (S-1)
• Have a high interest in research on plant nutrition, especially in oil palm.
• Experience in plant nutrient study is a plus but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) and Statistical analysis software (R, SPSS, Minitab, etc.).
• Good communication skill either oral or written English is highly preferred.
• Willing to be placed in our research center in Riau (Libo)
• Good logical and critical thinking, proactive, flexible and quick to adapt.
• Willing to meet deadlines and not only able to work individually and in a team but also to lead a team.
