• Service excellence – Delivery of customer service activities, e.g. phone calls and monthly consultations.
• Sales excellence – Conducting complete Fitness Assessments and maintaining a percentage Sales Average determined by the company leadership. Obtain Referrals and understanding Club Growth and Club Attrition.
• Take part in Daily Marketing Activities – Team effort in promoting the club in the
• community and achieving targets set.
• Must have excellent knowledge on all Curves scripts and training materials.
• Learn global best practice on coaching and sales.

Qualification :

• Use basic make up
• Must love exercise
• Friendly, energetic, and positive personality with good communication skills
• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor (S1) from any major. Diploma related to Sports Science or Physical Education is an added advantage
• Passive English listening and speaking is preferred
• Good attitude & interpersonal skills
• Target oriented
• Customer service-oriented. Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Placement : Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Makassar, Medan, Samarinda.
