Job Responsibilities:

• Doing operational activities related with training implementation and recruitment activity.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly report.
• Prepare HR documents.
• Posting job ads in social media.
• Conducting psychotest in order to recruit candidates.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, human resource, management, or related field.
• Excellent in administration field
• Detail oriented
• Actively using social media
• Required skills: Ms. Office dan Google Workspace
