Job Description :
- Responsible for the search, selection and negotiation of new tenants
- Establishing relationships with existing tenants
- Monitoring of rental agreements and payments of existing tenants as well as administration of tenant documents
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years experience as Leasing Supervisor
- Preferably experienced at Shopping Centre / Mall
- Have good networking with Tenants
- Have good communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Target and detail oriented
- Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi or Summarecon Mall Bandung
