JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field (Mandatory).
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position (FMCG Retail)
• Monitoring to Sales Distribution performances of Distributor
• Maintenance to distributor outlets
• Monitoring of Promotion program & promotion team.
• Continously reporting to Area Sales Manager & Region Sales Manager
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning and Develop Sales Marketing activity on the coverage area
• Planning, Develop and Monitoring Sales Force on the coverage area
• Monitoring Sales & Marketing Program on the coverage area
• Making Coordination with local Distributor for order estimation, etc
• Monitoring ready stock availability at marketplace on the coverage area
• Making Coordination with SPG & Merchandiser Team for raise up selling, etc
